Brücks Café to get streetwise

The University Department of Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE) is pleased to announce some exciting changes in plan for Brücks Café at Kings Buildings.

Update 17/11/2016: Brücks Café will close at 4pm on Thursday 24th of November and re-open on 16th of January 2017.

As part of ACE’s commitment to ongoing food development and ensuring there is a great variety of different food offerings to students, staff and visitors, Brücks shall be undergoing a significant refurbishment and notable change both in respect to the environment and the menu.

We are leaving no stone unturned and the new space will feature a range of urban materials used on walls, counters, along with attractive lighting.

Look out for further information in coming weeks and confirmation of the dates/periods of closure of the current café in order that we can deliver the new and improved Brücks.

Brücks Café is located on the ground floor of the Mary Brück Building on our Kings Buildings campus.

The café is open Monday to Friday and serves a varied range of food and drinks. On offer are a daily selection of hot and cold snacks such as panini, baguettes, salads, soup and baked potatoes as well as a choice of hot drinks, freshly made smoothies and a wide choice of confectionery and crisps.

The café is located within the newly renovated study space and offers an area for students to come and relax or catch up on their work whilst enjoying a coffee or a bite to eat.
