Biography: 

I am a Lecturer in Civil Engineering at School of Engineering. I spent years working as researcher, civil engineer and university academic in Malaysia and Japan before joining Edinburgh. I have ammased good experience in research and application in the field of structures and materials, with specialisation in structural repair and retroffiting, cementitious materials development, condition assessment and non-destructive evaluation of structures. 

Academic Qualifications: 

BEng(Hons) in Civil Engieering (USM); MEngSc in Concrete Materials (Malaya); PhD in Civil Engineering (Osaka)
