Dr Encarni Medina-Lopez is Chancellor’s Fellow in Data Driven Innovation in the School’s Research Institute for Infrastructure and Environment, focusing on a number of marine energy research themes including how human actions affect coastal areas. On 26 March 2019, Professor Mike Forde from our Institute for Infrastructure and Environment was made an Honorary Member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) at the Spring Convention in Quebec City, Canada. This is the highest honour bestowed by the ACI.
