"Currently, my flexible working arrangement within the school is spread over a two-week period, which allows me to have every second Friday afternoon off. The proposal was supported by the School and my manager with no hesitation, and is reviewed on a regular basis.

There is no impact to my work and or my other colleagues, as I manage my time well. Having every second Friday afternoon off allows me to have some ‘one-to-one’ family time with my aging aunt, and on occasion time for myself."
